Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2024

At Automation4MI, we treat your data as an architectural asset. This document details how our AI systems process, protect and respect your information.

1. Data Collection and Processing

We collect only information necessary to optimize your automation processes. This includes interface usage data, business contact details and technical parameters of connected systems.

Processing purposes:

  • User identification for security and account management.
  • Machine learning to improve the accuracy of personalized models.
  • Performance analysis to detect bottlenecks in workflows.

2. Advertising, Cookies and Third Parties

This site shows advertising through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, Google among them, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site and to other sites on the web.

The site also uses Google Analytics for aggregate traffic analysis, and contains affiliate links — a purchase made through one may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Full detail on the affiliate disclosure page.

Cookies can be disabled from your browser settings. Disabling them may affect some functionality on the site.

4. Security Architecture

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using military-grade protocols. We use a "Zero Trust" approach across all layers of our infrastructure.

PROTOCOL_01

End-to-end encryption

Encryption keys are managed in a fully isolated environment and are not accessible to any person.

PROTOCOL_02

Data Siloing

Each client operates within a separate logical "silo" to prevent data leakage between users.

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties

Automation4MI does not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information is shared only with essential service providers (such as AWS/GCP cloud providers) that are bound by the same strict privacy standards we set, and only to the extent necessary to operate the system.

6. User Rights

The site is operated from Israel, and the data it collects is governed by the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and its regulations, including the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 2017. Under that law you have the following rights:

  • Access — to know what information about you is held here, and to receive it.
  • Correction — to ask that information which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date be corrected.
  • Deletion — to ask that your information be deleted, including closing an account and removal from the mailing list.
  • Withdrawing consent — to change or withdraw consent to analytics and advertising cookies at any moment, through the cookie settings link at the foot of every page.

Providing information to this site is voluntary and is not a legal obligation. You do not have to supply anything in order to read — all the content is open without an account — and details are needed only to send a message, to join the mailing list, or to enable a Pro entitlement after a purchase.

Data leaving Israel: several of the services the site relies on — hosting, analytics, advertising and payments — are operated by companies abroad, so some information is processed outside Israel under those providers' terms. The main ones are Google Analytics and Google AdSense, Supabase for accounts, and PayPal for payments. Payment details go to PayPal only and are never stored here.

Requests made under the law are answered within the period the law sets. If the answer does not satisfy you, you have the right to approach the Privacy Protection Authority at Israel's Ministry of Justice.

You have the full right to access your information, update it or request its permanent deletion from our systems at any time. We are committed to giving you full control over your digital footprint.
