Terms of Use

All content, code, algorithms, interfaces and designs appearing on the Automation4MI platform are the company's exclusive property and are protected under international copyright laws.

The user receives a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the system in accordance with the service package purchased. No part of the system may be copied, reverse engineered, or distributed without explicit written approval.

The automation and AI services are provided "As-Is". Although we strive for maximum accuracy, Automation4MI does not guarantee specific results or the complete absence of errors in data processing.

The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or reputation.

Purchases are currently paused. There is nothing to buy and nothing you can be charged for. This section stays here to describe the terms that would apply if sales reopen, and because it still applies to anyone who bought Pro earlier — their entitlement is kept in full.

All content on the site is open and free. Every guide, every course and every case study is available to anyone, with no account and no payment. There is no locked content.

The only thing sold is Automation4MI Pro, and it does one thing: it removes the advertising across the whole site, permanently. Pro does not unlock further content, does not grant early access and does not include priority support — there is no further content to unlock, and support is available to everyone anyway. Buying Pro means paying to read without ads and to help keep the site running.

• Price: 99 ILS, paid once. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
• Model: a one-off purchase for lifetime access — not a subscription. There is no recurring charge, no renewal date, and nothing to cancel in order to stop future billing.
• Payment: through PayPal, by card or from a PayPal balance. A PayPal account is not required to pay by card. Payment details go to PayPal only and are never stored by us.
• Activation: access is enabled automatically once payment is confirmed. Activation depends on a notification arriving from PayPal, so it can take a few minutes. If it has not appeared, write to us and it will be handled by hand.

Purchases are paused at present, so there are no new transactions to cancel. What follows applies to purchases already made, and will apply again if sales reopen.

The purchase is made remotely, so the cancellation rights under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations apply. Nothing in these terms reduces a right the law gives you — where they conflict, the law prevails.

• Within 14 days of purchase you may cancel and receive a refund, as provided by law. A cancellation fee may be deducted at the rate the law permits — 5% of the transaction or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.
• For people with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants, the law grants a longer cancellation period on certain transactions. If you are in one of those categories, write to us and we will act according to the law.
• How to cancel: a message through the contact page or an email to contact@automation4mi.com, with your name and the transaction details. By telephone or registered post is equally fine if that suits you better.
• The refund is made to the same payment method, within the period the law sets. On cancellation the Pro entitlement is removed and the advertising returns.

Beyond that: if the charge was wrong, if access was never enabled, or if you paid and did not get what you paid for — write to us and we will refund it, including outside the cancellation window. That is not a legal right you should have to invoke; it is simply how we operate.
